Being at leader at dc means that not only are you a follower of Jesus Christ, but, as an active member of our church family, you are ready to help others along in their journey of faith and provide care to a 'flock' or group of people in the dc famliy.  Leaders at dc are:

ACTIVE followers of Jesus (spending time in prayer, soaking up the Bible, walking in the Spirit)

SHEPHERDS of people (caring for, praying over, mentoring, etc)

ASKING WHO ELSE - seeking to raise up others

GROWING - humbly learning how to lead more effectively

One of our key primary areas for leadership is our GroupLife ministry.  This dcLEAD session will help provide tools and support for leading small groups at dc.  If you're ready to take your faith to the next level and lead a group, we would love to hear from you!
