As you grow and mature in your faith, you may begin to feel God speaking to you about something RADICAL.  He may be asking you to take a leap of faith, get out fo the boat (if you will) and do something in church leadership and maybe even full-time, vocational ministry.  Whether that means pursuing a postion as Shepherd/Elder in our church family, pursuing Bible college, or even a staff-level position or, better yet, church-planting, you sense God's call.
